Puuvoo provides an AI-powered website building platform that allows users to create, design, publish, and manage websites. Our Services include AI-generated content, templates, hosting, domain management, SEO tools, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Puuvoo uses artificial intelligence to generate website designs, text, images, and other content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be original, non-infringing, or suitable for your intended purpose. You assume all risks associated with the use of AI-generated content on your websites.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish using the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Puuvoo Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, designs, templates, logos, trademarks, and AI models, are and will remain the exclusive property of Puuvoo and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our written consent.
Templates and Designs: Templates and pre-designed elements available on our platform are licensed to you for use within your Puuvoo-hosted websites. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these templates outside of the Services without authorization.
Certain features of the Services require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice is provided.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be discontinued, and we may delete your content in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUUVOO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puuvoo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puuvoo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
